Request a proposal

Tell us what you are building and where the brand or marketing feels wrong. You get a real reply, an honest fit check, and — if it makes sense — a fixed-scope proposal with the price stated upfront.

What happens next

After you write, three things happen

  1. 1

We reply within two business days

A real reply from the person who would run your project, not an autoresponder. If your message tells us enough, the reply already includes first thoughts on scope and fit.

  2. 2

A short scoping call, if it makes sense

A scheduled video call across whatever time zone you are in. We ask about your business, what you have tried, and what a good outcome looks like. It is a fit check, not a pitch.

  3. 3

    A fixed-scope proposal in writing

If we are a fit, you get a written proposal: the exact deliverables, the timeline, and the price, stated before you commit. If we are not a fit, we say so and point you to our free guides instead.

Frequently asked questions

How quickly will you respond to my message?
We aim to reply to every genuine enquiry within two business days. We are a small studio, so replies come from the people who would actually do the work — which is also why they are not instant.
Do you work with small budgets?
Our packages are fixed-scope with the price stated upfront, sized for small businesses and startups rather than enterprise budgets. If your budget genuinely does not fit any package, we will say so on the first reply and point you to our pricing page and free guides rather than stretch you into a bad purchase.
What time zone are you in? Can we actually schedule a call?
We work remotely with English-speaking businesses worldwide, and scheduling is async-first: you propose times that suit you, we match one. Most of the engagement happens over documents and email, so time-zone overlap only needs to cover the calls.
What happens if we are not a good fit?
We tell you, plainly and early. Sometimes the honest answer is that you need our free guides, a smaller engagement, or a different kind of provider entirely. The consultation is a fit check, not a funnel — see how we work for the standards behind that.
Do I need to prepare anything before writing to you?
No. A few honest sentences about your business and what feels wrong beat a polished brief. If we proceed, structured discovery happens later with a questionnaire and a kickoff call — that is where the detail gets captured.
Is this the right address for corrections or contributions to your guides?
Yes — the same inbox reaches the editorial team. For corrections, include the page URL and what looks wrong (see our editorial standards). For contributed articles or placements, read the advertise page first.
